Return Policy
We ask that you shop with certainty, as by law, respiratory masks are personal products that can not be resold. Therefore, for health and safety reasons (specifically tampering), we cannot accept returns nor exchanges of face masks. You can always be assured of receiving first quality merchandise from Breathe Healthy... not repackaged or refurbished products... as all masks and mists returned to us, for any reason, are destroyed.
Masks are guaranteed for 30 days for defective workmanship.
Defective masks, once received and approved, will be replaced at no charge.
We cannot assume responsibility for defective returns that are lost or damaged in transit (we suggest returns be mailed with Delivery Confirmation).
